Message from Our CEO

Dr. Prianto Budi S., Ak., CA., MBA.

In “General Administrative Principles: Corporate Governance and Tax Risk Management,” the OECD (2009) highlights the important role of tax authorities in ensuring that company leaders understand that they are accountable to the tax strategies they implement and the outcomes of those strategies. Currently, the tax authorities are increasingly promoting the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) and fostering relationships with businesses in all sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises.

Vision - Mission

Our Vision
To be recognized as the world class consulting firm in the tax risk management and corporate governance as well as the center of knowledge and development consistently guided by core values, underlying beliefs, and business ethics.

Our Mission
To provide high quality services in the tax risk management to our clients as part of their overall corporate governance. Thus, we will be regarded as a company that could provide the ultimate solution to our clients in solving their problems. We also aim ourselves to be the center of knowledge and development for our clients.

Our Corporate Culture and Business Ethics

  1. Integrity and Trustworthiness
Always be truthful and honest in every aspect of business; a promise is kept when being made; the talk is always based on the truth; and the trust is fulfilled when being mandated.

  2. Spirituality at Work
Spirituality is a holistic approach to work and life. The core benefits of organizational transformation are not merely economic, but the non-material, even spiritual, qualities of transformation become the most profound for individuals, organizations, and society. Economy, language, and politic, education and sexuality are an integral part of spirituality.

  3. Professionalism
Being passionate, energetic, and dedicated professionals who deliver high standards and performance since professionalism is consistency of quality. A professional is someone who can deliver his bestwork when he does not feel like it.

  4. Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing
Continuosly improving knowledge and imparting it to others. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. Knowledge is that of which benefits, not that which is memorized. Whoever teaching a knowledge (bringing goodness to others) will have the reward of the one who acts upon it, without detracting from his reward in the slightest.

  5. Intelligence
Seeking not only knowledge, but also intelligence because knowledge is having the right answer, whereas intelligence is asking the right question. The measure of intelligence is the ability to change. The intelligent person is not the one who, when he sees what is good, follows it, and when he sees evil, shuns it.
