PT Pratama Indomitra Konsultan once again held a hybrid training program entitled “2025 Transfer Pricing Documentation Strategy: A Practical Guide and Transfer Pricing Risk Mitigation in Accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 172/PMK.03/2023. Held on Monday and Tuesday, June 29–30, 2026, the hybrid training program featured comprehensive presentation sessions, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, as well as practical case studies. The hybrid training was delivered by Dr. Prianto Budi S., Ak., CA., M.B.A. The second day of hybrid training was led by Agus Hadi Muhidin, S.E. The hybrid training featured comprehensive sessions on the Fundamentals of Transfer Pricing and the Arm’s Length Principle (ALP), an in-depth review of Transfer Pricing Documentation under Minister of Finance Regulation No. 172/PMK.03/2023, as well as practical case studies on interpreting the results of Transfer Pricing analysis.
