On Sunday (20/07), 2 (two) tax consultants from PT Pratama Indomitra Konsultan won the first and third place in the Tax Opinion/Tax Memorandum Writing Competition between Tax Consultants who are members of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association/Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI) National Level at the IKPI Depok 10th Anniversary Event. They are Dhanika Purnasari, S.I.A. (1st place) and Riezka Yunita Handinie, S.I.A. (3rd place) from the Tax Consulting Division.
In this competition, participants were asked to make a Tax Opinion/Tax Memorandum on Income Tax, withholding/collection of Income Tax, and Value Added Tax (VAT) on a commercial agreement document using the FIRAC method, namely:
- F (Facts): A summary of the main points of the agreement that are relevant from a tax perspective.
- I (Issue): Issues or potential tax issues in the agreement.
- R (Rules): The relevant tax law basis.
- A (Application): Analyse the application of the rules to the facts and issues.
- C (Conclusion): Logical conclusion and taxation suggestion options.
Although this competition is an individual writing competition, this achievement is a proud moment not only for the two individuals but also for the team at PT Pratama Indomitra Konsultan, where continuous competency development, analytical thinking, and commitment to quality in the field of taxation are values that we live by every day.
This achievement also proves that the quality of advice and tax opinion produced by PT Pratama Indomitra Konsultan is able to compete and be recognised as superior at the national level.
